User types
Private User
A private user is a natural person who owns a connected vehicle, has a transferred contractual right or receives a related service for the use of the vehicle.
Your rights & options:
- Request your data: Obtain a copy of your historical data
- Customize data access: Select specific data points to access or share
- Authorize third party access: Grant permission for third party services
- Manage consent: Review and modify permissions via your "Brand" ID portal
Business User
A business user is a company or entity that owns a connected vehicle, has a transferred contractual right or receives a related service for the use of the vehicle.
Your rights & options:
- Access comprehensive vehicle data: Obtain vehicle or service generated data of your vehicle(s)
- Share data securely: Facilitate controlled data exchange with partners and service providers
Third Party
A third party is a company or entity, such as an insurance company, a service provider, or any other company / entity that is granted access to generated data upon user request.
Your rights & options:
- Request data access: Obtain data necessary for your product or service delivery (e.g. personalised insurance tariffs)
Govermment Officials and Public Authorities
Government officials include regulatory authorities and public institutions that may request access to data in cases of exceptional need.
Your rights & options:
- Request data under exceptional circumstances: Access specific data for public safety, emergencies, or regulatory purposes
- Ensure public interest & security: Utilize data responsibly for public benefit

SEAT MÓ Scooter user
A SEAT MÓ scooter user is a natural person (private individual or fleet operator) who owns or uses a connected scooter and holds a valid service contract.
Your rights & options:
- Request your data access: Obtain a copy of the data generated by your SEAT MÓ scooter
- Verify your identity and ownership: Provide key identification details to ensure secure data handling
- Submit your request: send an email including the following:
- Full name
- Valid identification number (national ID, passport or equivalent)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of your scooter
Requests without complete information cannot be processed.
